Programs & Educators.
Robina First Early Learning Centre provides a rich and stimulating indoor and outdoor environment for your child to learn, explore, investigate, imagine, make choices and problem solve.
Our programs incorporate The Early Years Learning Framework set by the Department of Education and Training under the Australian Government's National Quality Framework for early childhood education and care. These programs incorporate many educational theories and perspectives, balancing between play and inquiry based learning and emergent and intentional teacher-initiated experiences. This ensures your child is working towards their developmental milestones and reaches their maximum potential. We also embrace your child’s individual interests, culture and ideas when developing our programs.
At Robina First Early Learning Centre we value education, and not just the education of the children, but of our staff too! It is important to us that our staff are constantly developing and cultivating their skills. After all, research is continually uncovering new data, and trends are always changing. Good professionals are aware of, and responding to these changes and our staff are no exception!
Our educators love the children within their care and understand that they have a significant impact on the children they teach. They do not take this responsibility lightly and constantly strive to improve their skills in order to achieve higher learning outcomes for your child.
Our classrooms have qualified Lead Educators and Assistant Educators and our educators understand the important role that your child’s sense of security plays in their ability to learn. It is with this in mind that, our staff form trusted bonds with children so that they are able to reach their potential in comfort, with encouragement and support from their educators.
We source Educators from all over the world. Our educators come from Australia, France, UK, Spain, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Poland, Fiji, China, Slovakia, Japan, Holland, Thailand and Indigenous Australian decent…just to name a few. This embeds cultural diversity into the normality of life and exposes your child to multi-lingual educators who are able to engage your child in authentic and culturally rich learning experiences.
