Active & Healthy School Holiday FREE

We have compiled a list of some of the activities and events that the Gold Coast City Council has to offer through their Active and Healthy Program.

These programs are set throughout the April school holiday period from the 2nd of April till the 18th of April.

This is an at home physical activity video that allows children to experience and learn the basics of gross motor skills through catching, kicking and throwing by introducing them to different types of sports.

Located at the Pizzey Park Skate Park, Miami, is a beginner skateboarding workshop designed for children to learn skills and gain experience in a safe environment. Boards, helmets and safety gear is supplied if needed.

Tie-Dye and Park Games

Located at Justins Park in Burleigh Heads, next to the SLSC, is a pop up playground suitable for children of all ages. Tie-Dye crafts are also on offer for a small cost of $3-$4.
